Position Title: Operations Associate
Location: Remote
Shift Timings: Aus Shift - Rotational (Non-Negotiable); 5.5 days per week
Experience Level: 0–2 Years
Compensation: Upto ₹3.6 LPA (Fixed)


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Conversion:
  • Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  1. Customer Interaction:
  • Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  1. Market Expertise:
  • Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  1. Follow-Up:
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
  1. Data Management:
  • Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
  1. Target Achievement:
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.


What We’re Looking For:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
  • Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Graduate with at least 60% in academics.
