About the Role:
At amberstudent.com, our mission is to create engaging and insightful content that serves both B2B and B2C audiences in the student housing industry. We are looking for a Content Writer Apprentice (B2B/B2C) to develop high-quality content for property management companies, student housing stakeholders, and property listings aimed at students.
This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented writer with 0-1 years of experience in content writing and B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will craft compelling content across various diverse formats like blogs, newsletters, case studies, video scripts, and social media copies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, write, and edit content for B2B materials including blogs, case studies, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, reports, webinars, LinkedIn/other social media platforms and video scripts.
  • Create and manage B2C content for property listings and marketing materials like YouTube video scripts, Offers, etc.
  • Standardize written content while ensuring brand positioning and guidelines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams, interpret content briefs to gather insights, and translate them into engaging content.
  • Maintain daily work trackers on Google Sheets and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Ideation, content creation, and execution of marketing campaigns through collaboration with inventory, KAM, design, and marketing teams
  • Content edits and audits.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Sound understanding of B2B and B2C content writing across multiple formats like blogs, email marketing, etc.
  • Keen eye for business highlights, staying updated with industry news, and peak interest in reading business reports, financial statements, etc.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of the student housing industry is a plus.
  • Design sensibility and understanding briefs for cross-team projects.
  • Candidates with a master's degree, background in economics, and/or keen writing interest will have an added advantage

Must-Know Tools
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for maintaining trackers and other analytical tasks
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to decode numbers.
  • Should be familiar with Notion.
  • Basic understanding of Content Management Systems like Webflow is an added advantage.
