Role Overview
As a Customer Support Intern, you will be the first point of contact for students and partners. You will play a key role in supporting users by addressing inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. You will collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and product teams to drive customer satisfaction.

Duration of internship - 6 months
PPO based on performance
Location- Work from office ( Pune )

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to student queries over email, chat, and calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Guide students through the accommodation search and booking process.
  • Collaborate with property partners to resolve availability, booking, and contract-related queries.
  • Maintain detailed logs of interactions in CRM tools and ticketing systems.
  • Proactively identify user pain points and suggest process improvements.
  • Support the operations team during peak seasons to ensure quick turnaround times.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring issues and student concerns.
  • Help optimize FAQ content and support documentation based on real interactions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset with high empathy.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Past internship or work experience in customer support, operations, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including occasional weekend shifts (with compensatory offs).
