Role Overview
As a Customer Support Intern, you will be the first point of contact for students and partners. You will play a key role in supporting users by addressing inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. You will collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and product teams to drive customer satisfaction.
Duration of internship - 6 months
PPO based on performance
Location- Work from office ( Pune )
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to student queries over email, chat, and calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Guide students through the accommodation search and booking process.
- Collaborate with property partners to resolve availability, booking, and contract-related queries.
- Maintain detailed logs of interactions in CRM tools and ticketing systems.
- Proactively identify user pain points and suggest process improvements.
- Support the operations team during peak seasons to ensure quick turnaround times.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring issues and student concerns.
- Help optimize FAQ content and support documentation based on real interactions.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with high empathy.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Past internship or work experience in customer support, operations, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including occasional weekend shifts (with compensatory offs).
