Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role will primarily focus on assisting with employee engagement initiatives and talent acquisition (TA) efforts. You will gain hands-on experience in HR practices and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the implementation of employee feedback surveys and analyze results.
- Help create and distribute internal communications related to engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to develop programs that enhance employee morale and teamwork.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in candidate outreach and follow-up communications.
- Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for HR and a desire to learn more about employee engagement and talent acquisition.
