About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, smart Intern to join our team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Engage with candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process and a great candidate experience.
- Assist in onboarding activities for new hires.
- Collaborate with the TA 's to improve the TAT of closing positions.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS (a plus but not mandatory).
- Passion for HR and talent acquisition.
