About the role:

Location: Remote

Compensation Range: (Fixed + Performance Linked Incentives) : 6-7 LPA

Shift Timings: UK Shift - Rotational (Non-Negotiable); 5.5 days per week

Experience Level: 0–2 Years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer Interaction: Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalised accommodation recommendations.
  • Market Expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
  • Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.



What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
  • Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.


Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate with at least 60% in academics.
