What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with founders and leadership to identify AI-driven efficiencies across product, operations, marketing, and finance.
  • Prototype, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions to automate workflows, optimize processes, and enhance decision-making.
  • Explore and implement state-of-the-art AI models (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics).
  • Build internal AI tools and automation systems to improve productivity across departments.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI models into live systems.
  • Research and experiment with cutting-edge AI/ML frameworks and technologies.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Tier-1 College Candidates – IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, or equivalent premier engineering institutions.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
  • AI Experience – Prior projects, research, or internships in AI/ML (preferably around automation, NLP, or LLMs).
  • Tech Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain.
  • Experience in building AI-powered applications and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and AI/ML fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Vector Databases, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), AutoGPT, etc. is a plus.
